We are looking to fill a key position in our Food & Beverage department that is responsible for serving guests food and beverage to the Pool and/or Adult Pool area.

The rate of pay listed on this role is a combination of our base rate plus tips/gratuities. Like many roles in Food and Beverage across the country, actual hourly rate depends on business volume.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Utilizing Micros systems
• Adhere to Resort safety practices and procedures
• Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Maintaining Food and Alcohol Knowledge
• Notify management of hazardous conditions
• Serving Food and Beverage
• Serving Alcohol safely and responsibly; check identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages.
• Utilizing appropriate verbiage in accordance with Forbes standards to communicate with guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to speak English
• Proper order taking
• General Resort Knowledge
• Must be of legal age according to State regulations to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of Forbes standards preferred.
